The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. This requires the specification of your e-mail address and your name. This serves for the formal assignment of the request and the answering of the same. The specification of further data is important for the sending of material or documents.
The legal basis:
The processing of the data entered into the contact form takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO).
Through the contact form we facilitate an uncomplicated contact. Your information will be stored for the purpose of processing the eventual order as well as for further questions regarding a possible order.
If you contact us via the form to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be used and processed to perform pre-contractual action. (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
The recipient of the data is the responsible processor (clerk).
Save and Duration:
If there is no further communication with you, your data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after processing the request. If there is a contractual relationship, the storage is subject to the statutory deadlines under HGB and we delete your data after these deadlines.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, your e-mail address and the reason for the request. Since we are often dealing with requests for translations of discrete documents and we also send the offers and material by post, the address information is necessary.
